Year 13 Class of 2026 Celebrates Outstanding Success
We are incredibly proud of our Year 13 students for their excellent achievements this summer. Students secured an impressive range of A*, A and Distinction* grades across a wide variety of subjects, including Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Business, Information Technology, Health, and Social Care, and Religious Studies.
Particular highlights included students achieving four A Level grades at A*/A standard, multiple students securing A* grades in Mathematics, Psychology, Biology and Religious Studies, and numerous students achieving the highest possible vocational outcomes of Distinction* and Double Distinction*.
Our students have progressed to an exceptional range of destinations, reflecting both their ambition and hard work. Many have secured places at leading universities, including the University of Birmingham, Aston University, the University of Warwick, the University of Bath, the University of Leicester, Keele University, Birmingham City University and others.
Students will be studying a diverse range of degree courses including Medicine, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Law, Psychology, Business Management, Education, Nursing, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Cyber Security, Sport and Exercise Sciences, and Radiography.
We are also delighted that most students secured either their firm or insurance university choice, showing the strength of their academic outcomes and support provided throughout their Sixth Form journey.
These achievements are a testament to the dedication, resilience, and ambition of our students, alongside the commitment of our staff, families, and wider school community. We wish all Year 13 leavers success as they begin the next chapter of their education, training and careers.
