At Holte School, we are proud to be a Lead Partner School working in partnership with Birmingham City University (BCU) to support the next generation of teachers. With a long-standing reputation for excellence in Initial Teacher Training (ITT), many of our trainees go on to secure teaching posts within our school and across the wider education sector. Indeed, a significant proportion, over 40% of our teaching staff either trained at Holte School or began their professional journey with us.
