Online Resources

These online resources are built around scientific evidence on how pupils can learn and all the tasks are made to enhance your learning. You can access them all through your school email.

 

The main purpose of Seneca is to allow pupils to learn information, before testing themselves in a variety of ways that are all designed to help pupils recall and transfer the information into their long-term memory. 

 

To link your parent/carer account to your child’s, you must complete the following steps:

1. Go to: https://app.senecalearning.com/sign-up-parent and create an account
2. Click ‘Connect to your child’s account’
3. Copy and share the unique link with your child (or you can use the e-mail or Whatsapp buttons)
4. Ask them to open the link on their phone or laptop (whatever device they typically use Seneca with)
5. Once they’ve successfully opened the link they will see a linked confirmation
6. Refresh the page on your parent account to review their progress.
7. To add a second or third child tap the “add another child” button – and repeat steps 3-6 above.

 

GCSEPod has a wealth of educational videos (Pods) and quiz style questions for students to answer. There are also videos based on study skills which teach pupils about different revision strategies. GCSEPod is ‘proven to engage students, consolidate subject knowledge and accelerate progress’. 

 

MASSOLIT works with university academics to produce high-quality, curriculum linked video lectures which are suitable for GCSE and A Level. They provide excellent resources for English, Sociology, Psychology and History that are relevant to the curriculum that we deliver.
