Equality Standard

​Holte School is committed to being proactive in ensuring that every child and adult is offered equality of opportunity, access and achievement.

The school will actively put measures in place that seek to remove barriers, identify issues, and monitor and review such measures consistently to ensure that they are effective.

The school will work to:

1. promote cultural understanding between different ethnic groups within our community;

2. narrow the gap between boys and girls in English language in Key Stage 4
