Making decisions as to what courses you want to study at A Level or Level 3 can be quite difficult and daunting for students. There are steps to follow in order to submit an application to Holte Sixth Form:
- Look through the courses and entry requirements and decide which courses you want to study (link is below)
- See your subject teacher about the course you have chosen. They will give you further advice regarding the course.
- Discuss your choices with your parents/carers.
- Check that your predicted grades meet with the entry requirements(link below) for the course, and that you are working hard to achieve them.
- Complete the application form: Holte School Year 11 students: Holte Sixth Form Application Internal September 2026 Entry (Round 1) – Fill in form.
- External students from other schools/colleges: Holte Sixth Form Application External Applicants Only September 2026 Entry (Round 1) – Fill in form
Applications close on Thursday 18th December 2025, 6pm
On receipt of GCSE/Level 2 examination results on Thursday 20th August 2026, students who meet their offer and the entry requirements for their chosen subjects will be given a place to start their courses in September 2026.
The Holte Sixth Form application window for September 2026 is now open and closes on Thursday 18th December 2025, 6pm. We will not be accepting any applications after this date and therefore, if you wish to be considered as a late applicant for a place at Holte Sixth Form please visit us on GCSE/Level 2 examination results day on Thursday 20th August 2026 at 11am with:
- your results print out, clearly showing your full name and school
- one form of ID, showing your full name and your address
- evidence of country of birth (e.g. birth certificate)
- evidence of nationality (e.g. passport)
